Facilities training program for foreign students. (EMI course)

※ Notice:

1. Please fill out and check the personal information is correct.
2. That will get a violation record, if participant did not present on the day of certification class for miss the class notify or fill out the wrong information when registration.
3. Technician will send out the notify of the training program at 2020/10/16. Please look out E-mail.
4. If participant did not present on the day of certificate class for no reason, or did not inform technician to cancel the course before the day of certificate class that will get a violation record. 
5. Don’ t be late. If participant is 5 minutes late, that will lose qualification of the certificate class, and please registration next time.
